My dream is to introduce this amazing business to as many Kenyans, Tanzanians and Ugandans as possible. New markets are opening up in Rwanda very shorty and I will be there to start my business.
I meet with my team members every day and train and motivate them - there just isn't any other way. I train the first level and they in turn train their first level, and so the training trickles down to the whole network.
