THE POWER OF DUPLICATION

All network marketing companies have one thing in common; they are all based on the duplication model. The key to huge success in Oriflame is the ability to have the people in your team produce the same results that you do. You are producing results to get you to the point of coaching new people as they come in.
Where potential millionaires in Oriflame fail, is that they either:
1.   Don't have a system in place to train new people or
2.   They fail to communicate the system.
I don't feel that anybody should do the work for the people in their Team. That doesn't create a powerful organization. It still takes commitment from everyone in the organization to make it work. What I am talking about is knowing what works and having a system in place to communicate that knowledge to new people as they come in to the business. It's not just about throwing out a bunch of ideas, it's about having a systematic approach that anyone can follow. Step by step instructions for success. Then, it is the responsibility of the person passing on the information to coach and/or train the person and the responsibility of the person receiving the information to listen, follow instructions and actually do it.
The system that I use everyday is the same system that the top consultants in the world use and we have been trained to use this system by Oriflame. If you are not getting the results you want, it means you are not using the system effectively and you are not duplicating the system within your team. Here is the system again:
LOOK GOOD – be your own best customer. Use the product and train on the product. You should be an expert so when a customer asks you a question you can answer confidently. Oriflame has free training, so make sure you attend.
MAKE MONEY – understand how the money is made:
1.   Retail Profit of 30% every time you sell a product.
2.   Bonus. Performance Discount starting at 3% all the way to 21%
3.   Cash Awards. Starting at USD 1,000 all the way up to 1 million dollars
4.   Director Bonuses.
To make money you must talk to people on a daily basis and show them the catalogue. Some will not be interested in the business opportunity but will want products. Sell products and get customers and sign up business partners and show them what to do. The most common mistake is foor people to sign up consultants and expect them to know what to you. You are their sponsor and you have a duty to get them started and ensure they know what to do. After that let them fly on their own, but show them the power of duplication.
HAVE FUN – enjoy what you are doing and it will become so much easier to do your business. Treat yourself when you do well and learn to be patient with your business. It takes time to develop the business, but if you are consistent and determined to succeed you will.
