Network Marketing was founded upon the concept of sharing great products with others. It encourages people to get control of their lives, follow their dreams, live their values, AND support others to do the same. It is about relationships and committing to the success of other people – to the same extent that they are willing to commit to their own success.

After you are introduced to a Network Marketing company by an existing distributor you will have to pay an initial fee and sign a contract. This fee will usually cover a complete set of company literature. As a distributor you are now able to purchase goods from the company at a discount off the retail price.

The first way to make money once you have set up is through retailing the company’s product, the profit on the retail price is yours to keep. Most of this retailing is done through direct selling on a person-to-person basis, initiated by referral, recommendation or straightforward approach. It is common for many companies to deliver the ordered products straight to your home or to your customer.

No significant stock needs to be held as delivery times are usually less than a week. You will mostly collect payment with order so that your cash flow is always positive.

The second way to make money in Network Marketing is developing a network. You will be rewarded by discounts, bonuses, royalties and other incentives in direct proportions to your success; the sales generated by your group of downlines. You must replicate your business to reach out to more customers.
