My Dream

My dream is to introduce this amazing business to as many Kenyans, Tanzanians and Ugandans as possible. New markets are opening up in Rwanda very shorty and I will be there to start my business.

I meet with my team members every day and train and motivate them - there just isn't any other way. I train the first level and they in turn train their first level, and so the training trickles down to the whole network. It is important that the team leaders are there to support and encourage their consultants to build successful businesses. Where is my network?

I have consultants in most towns in Kenya. They work out of Nairobi, Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru, Kisii, Nyeri, Machakos, Wajir, Meru and Athi River but the largest concentration are in Nairobi. I also have consultants in Kampala, Dar es salam and Arusha.

It is also exciting to note that both men and women are building successful businesses. It is important to realize that I did not travel to all these towns to introduce the business. All I did was sign up consultants in Nairobi and they took the business to other towns and countries.

What do you require to start your business?

All you require to start your business is Ksh 900 for consultants in Kenya and Tanzania; and Ush 25,000 for consultants in Uganda to register as an Independent Consultant. You also need to be teachable and have a DREAM. I have accountants, doctors, lawyers, housewives, college and university students and even retirees in my network. My youngest consultant is 18 and the oldest is 76! This proves that the business can be done by anyone - you don't need an MBA!

What makes the Oriflame business so rewarding?

The most rewarding part of the business is watching consultants grow their business from scratch until some of them start earning substantial returns. Lives have been changed completely in a very short time of 24 months. There are some of my team members who were struggling to put food on the table before Oriflame but now they have a LIFESTYLE! Where do you find a housewife earning an average of 80,000 Ksh per month or a young 20 year old girl from Marsabit earning 25,000 Ksh per month?
